How do you perform Single Arm Overhead Lunge?
- Place your feet hip-width apart.
- Hold a dumbbell above your head with one hand and one arm straight.
- Step forward with the other leg while contracting your abs.
- Bend both knees at 90° to get into a lunge position.
- Bring your front leg back to return to the starting position.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up.
Common faults
- Insufficient balance.
- Insufficient weight control.
- Arm not straightened and vertical.
- Knees not bent at 90°.
