How do you perform Squat To Knee Lift?
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Squat down while holding your hands in front of you.
- Straighten your legs and raise one knee.
- Lower your leg and return to the squat position.
- Repeat with the same leg or the other leg as directed.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up.

- Insufficient control over the knees and hips.
- Poor back alignment.
- Insufficient coordination between the movements of the legs and arms.
- Breathing not controlled.
- Insufficient trunk stabilization during execution.
- Knee is not high enough.
