How do you perform Straight Leg Donkey Kicks?
- Start on hands and knees.
- Raise one leg horizontally and straight back while extending your foot.
- Hold for a moment and lower your leg.
- Repeat with the other leg or with the same leg as instructed.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as you go up and exhale as you go down.
Common faults
- Not good muscle tone in the glutes.
- Poor back alignment.
- Insufficient coordination between the movement of the legs and hips.
- Breathing not controlled.
