How do you perform V-up with Clap?

  • Lie on your back with your arms and legs straight.
  • Lift your upper body and legs at the same time as you bring your hands forward.
  • Reach your hands beyond your straightened legs and clap your hands.
  • Slowly lower your torso and legs toward the floor as you return your hands to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
  • Inhale as you go down and exhale as you go up.

  • Insufficient control over the movement.
