How do you perform Weighted Jumping Jack?
- Start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
- Hold a weight in each hand.
- Jump and spread your feet about shoulder-width apart while also raising the weights above your head.
- Jump again and return your feet to the starting position while also lowering your arms back to your sides.
- Repeat jumping and moving your arms for the desired number of repetitions.
Common faults
- Too heavy weights.
- Too little jumping power.
- Wrong coordination.
- Feet don’t spread far enough apart.
- Weights are not overhead.
- Weights don’t come back down completely.
