  • Start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
  • Hold a weight in each hand.
  • Jump and spread your feet about shoulder-width apart while also raising the weights above your head.
  • Jump again and return your feet to the starting position while also lowering your arms back to your sides.
  • Repeat jumping and moving your arms for the desired number of repetitions.
