How do you perform Weighted V-Up?

  • Lie on your back with your arms and legs straight.
  • Hold a weight in both hands. Don’t take too heavy.
  • Simultaneously lift your upper body and legs as you transfer the weight to your feet.
  • Slowly lower your torso and legs toward the floor as you return your hands to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
  • Inhale as you go down and exhale as you go up.
