How do you perform Arm Circles ?
- Stand upright with your arms extended out to the sides, parallel to the ground.
- Make small circles with your arms.
- Do this for the necessary time.
- Alternatively, you can gradually increase the diameter of the circles.
- You can also switch directions if you wish.
Common faults
- Movements too fast.
- Elbows bend.
- Making circles that are too small.
- Shrug shoulders.
- Unstable core.
