How do you perform Arm Circles ?

  • Stand upright with your arms extended out to the sides, parallel to the ground.
  • Make small circles with your arms.
  • Do this for the necessary time.
  • Alternatively, you can gradually increase the diameter of the circles.
  • You can also switch directions if you wish.

Common faults

  • Movements too fast.
  • Elbows bend.
  • Making circles that are too small.
  • Shrug shoulders.
  • Unstable core.
