How to perform Cycling Both Legs Forward?

  • Lie on your back and raise your legs, bending them at an angle of 90 degrees.
  • Keep your hands under your buttocks or close to your body.
  • Extend both legs forward and lower them until your feet are just above the ground.
  • Bring your feet back towards your buttocks.
  • Then raise your feet to come back to the starting position.
  • It is as if you are cycling forward with both legs together.
  • Keep your lower back on the floor and your abs engaged.
  • Inhale as you straighten your leg and exhale as you return to the starting position.

  • High tension in the neck and shoulders.
  • Not pushing the lower back against the floor.
  • Uncontrolled movement.
