How do you perform Duck Walk?

  • Start in a squat position with your hands in front of your chest.
  • Take small steps forward while staying in a squat position.
  • Keep repeating this movement for a certain distance.
  • You actually walk like a duck 🙂
  • Keep your back straight and your abs tight.
  • Focus on using the power of your legs to perform the movement.

Common faults

  • Kink in the back. Keep it as straight as possible.
  • Knees not bent enough.
  • Hips too high.
  • Moving too fast or uncontrollably.
  • Too much weight on the toes instead of the heels.
