How do you perform Elbow To Knee + Toe Touch?

  • Lie on your back on the floor with your hands behind your neck.
  • Straighten your legs and feet and keep them just above the ground.
  • Bend the left knee and tap it with your right elbow.
  • Keep your right leg straight and just above the ground.
  • Come back to the starting position (not touching the ground) and immediately bring the same leg back up but now in a straight position.
  • Now tap your left foot with your right hand while keeping your leg straight.
  • Come back to the starting position.
  • You can repeat the exercise on the same side or switch sides each time, but that requires some coordination 🙂

Common faults

  • The feet touch the ground.
  • Your legs are not fully extended when they are just above the ground.
  • Bad coordination.
