How do you perform a Heel Touch Crunch?

  • Start on your back, with your legs bent and feet on the floor.
  • Tap your heel alternately with your fingers without lifting your feet.
  • Keep your torso as flat against the ground as possible.
  • Make alternating lateral movements from your hips.

Common faults

  • Your feet come off the ground.
  • You come up with your torso.
  • You don’t move from your hips.
