How do you perform Leg Raises?
- Lie on the floor with your hands under your buttocks and your legs extended just above the floor.
- Raise your legs until they are perpendicular.
- Keep your lower back in contact with the floor.
- Hold for a second and slowly lower your legs.
- Ensure smooth, controlled movement.
- Inhale on the downward movement and exhale on the upward movement.
Common faults
- Not keeping your lower back against the floor during the movement.
- Legs not fully stretched.
- No control over the movement.
- Pace too fast or too slow.
