How do you perform Mountain Climber Knee In-Out?

  • Get on all fours in a plank position.
  • Keep your back straight and your hands under your shoulders.
  • Lift one knee toward your elbow while keeping the other foot on the floor.
  • Keep your core and glutes engaged and bring your knee inward and then outward.
  • Bring your knee back down and bring your foot back next to your other foot.

Common faults

  • Moving too fast causing loss of control.
  • Incorrect coordination of leg movement.
  • Back and abdominal muscles are not active enough, so that the plank position is lost.
