How do you perform One-Legged Down Up?
- Stand on one leg and bend over to place your hands on the floor.
- Jump your supporting leg back into a one-legged plank position.
- Do a push-up.
- Then jump your leg forward again and come back up to the starting position.
- It is the same movement as a down up but on one leg.
- Repeat the movement.
- You can switch legs if necessary.
Common faults
- Unstable landing.
- Hips too high in the plank position.
- Hollow out the lower back.
- Not getting fully upright.
