How do you perform Pop Up Squat?
- Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Keep your hands at your sides.
- Quickly lower yourself into a squat position.
- Jump explosively and land upright with your feet together.
- Inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up.
- Quickly lower yourself into a squat position while spreading your legs.
- Make sure the knees stay in line with your feet throughout the movement and that you land with soft knees.
- Repeat the movement for several repetitions.
Common faults
- Getting up too quickly without correct posture.
- Not being quite straight on the squat.
- A collapse of the body during the squat.
- Bad position of the feet.
- Too little depth in the squat.
