How do you perform Side Kick Through?

  • Get on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
  • Lift your right hand and your left foot off the ground.
  • Bring your left leg between your left arm and right leg.
  • Rotate your hips and torso to the right.
  • Extend your left leg out to the side and hold it up.
  • At the same time, raise your right arm straight up.
  • Bring the leg back under your body and place your hand on the floor again.
  • Repeat the movement on the other side.
  • Keep your abdominal muscles tense and your back straight.
  • Inhale as you raise the leg and exhale as you bring it back down.
