How do you perform Side Kick Through?
- Get on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
- Lift your right hand and your left foot off the ground.
- Bring your left leg between your left arm and right leg.
- Rotate your hips and torso to the right.
- Extend your left leg out to the side and hold it up.
- At the same time, raise your right arm straight up.
- Bring the leg back under your body and place your hand on the floor again.
- Repeat the movement on the other side.
- Keep your abdominal muscles tense and your back straight.
- Inhale as you raise the leg and exhale as you bring it back down.

- Insufficient trunk stabilization during execution.
- Insufficient control over movement.
- Insufficient coordination between arm and leg movement.
