How do you perform Side Plank Dip?

  • Start in a lateral plank position by supporting yourself on the outside of your foot and your forearm.
  • The elbow you lean on is under your shoulder.
  • The other hand is on your hip.
  • Slowly lower your hips toward the floor while keeping the rest of your body straight and stable.
  • Come back up by pushing your hips up.

Common faults

  • Bad balance.
  • Your body is not in a straight line.
  • Not enough muscle strength to fully perform the exercise.
