  • Lie on your back with one knee bent and one leg straight.

  • Push your hips up as you tighten your glutes and keep your straight leg up.
  • Keep your glutes tense and your back straight.
  • Lower your hips back to the starting position and repeat.
  • Inhale as you come down and exhale as you push up.
