How do you perform Spot Jump?
- Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
- Jump up by pushing off with the front of your foot.
- Keep your arms down.
- Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately spring back up into the next jump.
- Keep jumping up in the same spot repeatedly.
- Keep your abs tense at all times.
Common faults
- Improper landing technique.
- Knees tucked in.
- Insufficient jump height.
- Lack of coordination and control.
- Too much impact on the joints during landings.
