How do you perform Squat To Standing Crunch?
- Place your feet about shoulder-width apart, with your toes pointing slightly outward.
- Stand up straight with your hands behind your neck and elbows out to the side.
- Tighten your abs and glutes and look straight ahead.
- Bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Pretend to sit in an imaginary chair. This is a squat.
- Keep your back as vertical as possible.
- Push back up and raise one knee.
Bring your opposite elbow to the knee. - You can always perform the exercise on the same side or switch sides depending on the instruction.
Common faults
- Too much leaning forward posture.
- Not a full squat when lowering.
- Elbow not tapping knee in the upright position.
- Bad coordination.
