How do you perform Standing Heel Taps?
- Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your right foot and bend your right knee outward.
- Tap your right heel with your left hand.
- Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
- Make sure you stay upright.
- Keep your abdominal muscles tense.
- Maintain a regular rhythm.
Common faults
- Back not straight.
- Heel not high enough.
- Bent-forward position.
- Uncoordinated movement.
