How do you perform Standing Heel Taps?

  • Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Lift your right foot and bend your right knee outward.
  • Tap your right heel with your left hand.
  • Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
  • Make sure you stay upright.
  • Keep your abdominal muscles tense.
  • Maintain a regular rhythm.

  • Back not straight.
  • Heel not high enough.
  • Bent-forward position.
  • Uncoordinated movement.
