How do you perform Step Up?

  • Stand in front of a raised platform.
  • Place one foot on the platform.
  • Push yourself up as you bring the other foot up.
  • Come back to the starting position.
  • Repeat with the other leg.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
  • Inhale as you go down and exhale as you go up.

Common faults

  • Excessive load on the knees.
  • Breathing not controlled.
  • Insufficient trunk stabilization during execution.
