How do you perform Sumo Squat?
- Place your feet wider than shoulder width with your toes pointing outward.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your knees in line with your toes.
- Keep your back straight and your arms forward and upward.
- Push yourself back up to the starting position as you lower your arms.
Common faults
- Your feet are too narrow.
- Toes not pointed to the side.
- Knees not above toes, causing your knees to bend inward.
- Heels lift off the ground.
- Lean upper body forward.
- Sink too deep.
