How do you perform Toe Taps On Step?

  • Stand in front of a raised platform (e.g. a step).
  • Tap the platform alternately with the front of your foot.
  • Keep a brisk pace.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps or time.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.

Common faults

  • Insufficient coordination between the movements of the legs.
  • Breathing not controlled or not coordinated with jumping.
  • Insufficient trunk stabilization during execution.
