How to perform Toes To Hand?

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
  • Hold one arm out horizontally in front of you.
  • Lift your opposite foot and tap your hand.
  • How to bend the knee of your supporting leg slightly to take the tension off your lower back.
  • Come back to the starting position and repeat the movement.
  • You can do the exercise with the same foot or alternate sides.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
