With a full-time job in the pharma industry and a 2nd full-time job as a mother of 2 teenagers, it is important to find a good balance and certainly also make the necessary time for ‘me-time’.

Partly because of my training as a physiotherapist, I absolutely believe in ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’.

For many years, sports (running, cycling, walking, core training, BBB, etc.) have been my outlet, where I can lose energy, but also get absolute energy from.

I attach importance to variety and I have found that completely at CrossFit On The Road, where I have been an athlete since August 2021 and have been passionate (‘healthily addicted’ ;-)) to the CrossFit® methodology ever since. Too bad I only discovered this when I was 44, but you see… it’s never too late to start.

And although I am not shy of a sporting challenge (1000km Stand Up Against Cancer, Death march, climbing Mont Ventoux, CrossFit competitions), it certainly does not always have to be a lot. As long as you exercise regularly. That is why I completely agree with the concept that Carine and Werner offer with Functional Home training.

I sincerely hope that in this way you will also be motivated to do that minimum amount of exercise every day.
Yes, you can!!!
