Every day we program a workout (Tabata A) for which you don’t need any equipment at all. In addition, there is a second workout (Tabata B) for which you do need material. That can be a kettlebell, a dumbbell, a chair or an alternative. This is shown below the video by icons.
Training mat
Depending on the surface on which you will train, it may be advisable to provide a training mat. We have no preference at all about the material, color or type. Make sure the mat is large and firm enough.

Big and sturdy enough
Dumbbell, kettlebell or an alternative
The weight depends on your physical capabilities. Here are some guidelines, but don’t be blinded by them.
light: 0.5 – 4 kg (1 – 8 lb)
Medium: 5 -12 kg (10 – 24 lb)
Heavy: > 16 kg (> 32 lb)
We also always indicate whether you need 1 or 2.
Ketllebell
Brand or color don't matter
Dumbbell
Brand or color don't matter
It is not the intention at all to cost you unnecessarily. With a little imagination you can replace the dumbbells or kettlebells with an alternative. Here are some examples, but with a little imagination you can find something yourself.
A brick
Brick or natural stone
Large bottle
Filled with water, sand or pebbles
6 pack bottles

A bag
Filled with what you find at home
High support
A sturdy support that can support your body weight about 40 cm (16″) high. This can be a chair, ottoman, sofa, coffee table or similar.
