- Start in a kneeling position with your hips above your heels.
- Raise your hips and come up into a squat position.
- Keep your weight in your heels and your chest as vertical as possible.
- Make sure your knees don’t go past your toes.
- Tighten your abs for stability.
- Keep your hands in front of you for better balance.
- You come from a kneeling position to a squat position and back without getting up.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Common faults
- Get up instead of ending up in the squat position.
- Do not keep your back straight during the movement.
- Not good stability.
- Bending forward too much.
