How do you perform Kneeling Thruster?

  • Start on your knees with a weight in each hand on your shoulders.
  • Straighten your hips and knees to sit up straight, pressing the weights overhead.
  • Tighten your glutes.
  • Return to the starting position on your knees.

Common faults

  • Unstable knee position.
  • Not fully extending the arms.
  • Not pushing your hips forward. Too little tension in the gluteal muscles.
  • Too fast movement.
  • Not lifting the weights above your head.
