How do you perform Kneeling Thruster?
- Start on your knees with a weight in each hand on your shoulders.
- Straighten your hips and knees to sit up straight, pressing the weights overhead.
- Tighten your glutes.
- Return to the starting position on your knees.
Common faults
- Unstable knee position.
- Not fully extending the arms.
- Not pushing your hips forward. Too little tension in the gluteal muscles.
- Too fast movement.
- Not lifting the weights above your head.
