How do you perform a Pike Push Up?

  • Start in a pushup position with your hands under your shoulders and your feet hip-width apart.
  • Lift your hips up while keeping your arms straight and form an inverted V-shape with your body.
  • Bend your elbows and lower your head to the floor.
  • Push up with your arms to return to the starting position.
  • Inhale as you go up and exhale as you go down.
  • Make sure to keep your neck relaxed and your elbows pointing outward throughout the movement.
