How do you perform Side Lying Hip Abduction?
- Lie on your side with your top leg straight and bottom leg bent.
- Support your head with your hand.
- Place your other hand on the floor for better stabilization.
- Lift the top stretched leg and hold for a moment.
- Lower the leg back down until it almost touches the floor, then lift it back up.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as you raise the leg and exhale as you lower it back down.

- Excessive pressure on the hips and lower back.
- Insufficient control over the movement.
- Insufficient trunk stabilization.
