How do you perform Side Lying Hip Abduction?

  • Lie on your side with your top leg straight and bottom leg bent.
  • Support your head with your hand.
  • Place your other hand on the floor for better stabilization.
  • Lift the top stretched leg and hold for a moment.
  • Lower the leg back down until it almost touches the floor, then lift it back up.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
  • Inhale as you raise the leg and exhale as you lower it back down.
