How do you perform T-Push Up?
- Start in a high plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Perform a Push Up, then extend one arm vertically while pivoting on one foot so that your side is facing up.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
- You can always do the repetitions on the same side or always switch sides.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up.
Common faults
- Poor alignment of the elbows and shoulders.
- Insufficient control over the movement.
- Poor back alignment.
- Insufficient trunk stabilization with the hips sagging.
- Your body does not form a T shape.
