  • Get on both knees with a weight in each hand.
  • Lift the weights onto your shoulders and keep your body vertical.
  • Bring one foot forward so that you are on one foot and knee.
  • Bring your back leg forward as well until you are in a squat position.
  • From the squat position, return to the starting position on both knees.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps, switching legs each time.
  • Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
