*What is a Tabata workout?

A Tabata is a workout in which you move for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.
You repeat such a cycle 8 times in a row, which means that the total training time is 4 minutes.
Do the exercises at your own pace. You can follow the coach but you don’t have to. You can go slower or faster.
