How do you perform a Single Arm Seated Press?
- Sit on the floor with your legs straight and hold a dumbbell at shoulder height with one hand.
- Keep your back straight and your arm straight as you push the barbell high overhead.
- Hold briefly and lower the dumbbell back to the shoulder.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
- Inhale as you lower the weight and exhale as you push it up.
Common faults
- Insufficient trunk stabilization during execution.
- The weight does not end straight above the head.
- Move the elbow too far to the side.
