How do you perform Standing Triceps Extension?
- Stand up straight with a weight in each hand and your arms bent so that the weight hangs behind your head.
- Stretch your arms up as you raise the weights.
Hold on. - Slowly lower the weights to the starting position while tightening your abs.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight.
- Inhale as the weight goes down and exhale as the weight goes up.
- This exercise can also be performed with one arm and one weight.

- Insufficient control over weight during execution.

- Poor back alignment.
- Breathing not controlled.
