How do you perform Mountain Climber Knee In-Out?
- Get on all fours in a plank position.
- Keep your back straight and your hands under your shoulders.
- Lift one knee toward your elbow while keeping the other foot on the floor.
- Keep your core and glutes engaged and bring your knee inward and then outward.
- Bring your knee back down and bring your foot back next to your other foot.
Common faults
- Moving too fast causing loss of control.
- Incorrect coordination of leg movement.
- Back and abdominal muscles are not active enough, so that the plank position is lost.
