How do you perform Seated Leg Raise Over Object?
- Sit on the floor with your hands on the floor next to you for support.
- Place an object (for example, a bag or box) on the floor in front of you.
- Extend your legs in front of you and place your feet next to the object.
- Lift your legs straight up and bring them over the object.
- Lower your legs until they almost touch the floor.
- Lift your legs back up and bring them to the other side of the object.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight and as vertical as possible.
- Inhale as you raise your legs and exhale as you lower them.
Common faults
- Not good trunk stabilization.
- Feet don’t stay together.
- Insufficient core tension.
- The legs do not stay straight.
- Feet touch the ground.
