How to perform Cycling Both Legs Forward?
- Lie on your back and raise your legs, bending them at an angle of 90 degrees.
- Keep your hands under your buttocks or close to your body.
- Extend both legs forward and lower them until your feet are just above the ground.
- Bring your feet back towards your buttocks.
- Then raise your feet to come back to the starting position.
- It is as if you are cycling forward with both legs together.
- Keep your lower back on the floor and your abs engaged.
- Inhale as you straighten your leg and exhale as you return to the starting position.
