How do you perform Single Leg Raise Over Object?
- Sit upright on the floor with your hands at your sides for good balance without touching the floor.
- Place an object (for example, a bag or box) on the floor in front of you.
- Extend your legs in front of you and place your feet next to the object.
- Lift one leg straight up and bring it over the object.
- Lower your foot to the floor.
- Now do the same with your other leg.
- Lift your leg back up and bring it to the other side of the object.
- Do the same with the other leg.
- Keep your abs tight and your back straight and as vertical as possible.
- Inhale as you raise your legs and exhale as you lower them.

- Insufficient core tension.
- The legs do not stay straight.
