How to perform Leg Raises in 8 Pattern ?
- Lie on your back with your hands beside your body.
- Straighten your legs and raise them about 45°.
- Make a figure eight movement with your legs.
- It’s like having a piece of chalk between your feet and having to draw a number 8 on an imaginary wall.
- Keep your abs tight and your lower back flat on the floor throughout the exercise.
- You can make the exercise a little easier by placing your hands under your buttocks.
Common faults
- Not keeping your lower back against the floor during the movement.
- No extension of your legs all the way.
- No control over the movement.
- Pace too fast or too slow.
- Raising legs too high or not high enough.
