How do you perform a Single Arm Overhead Squat?
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell, kettlebell, or other weight overhead with your arm straight.
- Bend your knees and lower your hips as if you were sitting down.
- Go as deep as possible without arching your back or lifting your heels off the floor.
- Push up with your heels and straighten your legs while holding the weight overhead.
- Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up.
- Keep your abs and glutes engaged throughout the movement.

- Bent-forward posture.
- Knees tuck in during the movement.
- Insufficient flexibility to keep weight overhead.
